A delicate and fresh fragrance evoking the peaceful, sunny fields of Provence.
India – Sandalwood
Warm and enveloping notes that transport you to a world of oriental aromas and distant journeys.
Each hanger is made from 100% natural soy wax and weighs approximately 25 g (20–30 g). The hangers may have various decorative shapes.
Dimensions: approximately: 10 cm x 5 cm x 0.7 cm
The entire set is packaged in an elegant gift box with decorative hay and an ornamental ribbon. The set also includes a wooden plaque with engraving, which gives the whole set a unique character.
You can place the hangers in:
a wardrobe, dressing room, chest of drawers, textile drawers, shoe cabinet, as well as in a suitcase or luggage.

1. What is the order fulfillment time?
In 99% of cases, we fulfill orders by the next business day, but many of them are shipped the same day! You can find the current delivery time on the product page, next to the "Add to cart" button.
2. What are the available delivery methods and costs?
We offer free courier delivery for orders over €50, prepaid.
Delivery costs €5 for orders up to €50.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, Klarna, online card payment, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (fast transfer), BLIK, and online bank card payment.
4. Can I return a product with engraving?
Yes! We offer 30 days for free returns, even for personalized products.
5. We have non-standard engraving requirements – what is the best way to contact you?

6. Where do you perform the personalization?
We personalize each item by hand in our workshop. All products are new and original, and some of them are handmade, so they may slightly differ from each other.
7. Is engraving an additional charge?
No, the engraving service is included in the order price, but if you prefer, you can also order the product without personalization.
8. Do I have to use the creator, or can I just provide the text for engraving?
Absolutely - just add your guidelines in the order notes, or send us an email at shop@michaelserge.com.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we have an additional service - we pack orders as gifts, taking the occasion into account. The products are carefully packed in hay and accessories, and depending on the selected variant – placed in an elegant box and decorated with a ribbon.
